Ireland – A new Food Safety and Food Authenticity Strategy

The Irish Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine just launched a new Food Safety and Food Authenticity Strategy.
The implementation of the strategy wants to face a lot of topics in the coming years as new food legislation, food authenticity concerns and food safety threats. “Food-wise 2025” – the name of the project – has been welcomed by Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and it will try to find a collaborative approach across all stakeholders in the agri-food sector in Ireland with a clear focus on consumer protection.
