February 28: how to label your products for EU and USA
Food industries have to be continuously updated about labeling rules to export their products. In May 2016, the Food and Drug Administration amended some new rules on labeling with really important impacts, especially on the Nutrition Facts table. To comply with all these new rules, the Labeling and Regulatory Dept of Mérieux NutriSciences organizes a Training Course in Verona next February 28. The morning will focus on EU and Italian labeling rules, while the afternoon will be dedicated to US rules. This Training Course is addressed to food industries, labeling departments, and quality managers.
