Japan - Possible export of eggs, milk and processed products to the EU
The Asian country included in the "List of Third Countries"
The Japanese "Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Fisheries" is committed to negotiate with the EU authority the possibility of exporting eggs, milk and related processed products to the EU.
After a recent meeting between the parts, Japan has been included in the "List of Third Countries".
Therefore, from February 24, 2019, the export of eggs and processed products are allowed and from March 26, 2019, it will be possible to export from Japan to Europe also milk and dairy products that meet the required conditions.
