Argentina - Progress in trade negotiations with China
Approval to five refrigerated plants for meat
In 2019, Argentina began exporting pork to China.
In the first 9 months, agricultural exports doubled compared to the same period in 2018; poultry meat exports were 92% and beef increased by 122%.
Thus the signs of export growth continue, clearly showing that meat will reach the highest levels in one of the most important markets in the world.
From January to September, Argentina has become the main supplier of beef in China and this is a historic step in trade relations between the two countries.
