As a result of last June negotiations, Mercosur published some trade pillars of the Association Agreement between Mercosur and the European Union.

The draft agreement for Market access concerns goods, services and government procurement which will be subject to detailed legal and formal review.
The text has no legal value and concerns, in particular, three interesting chapters for food market: the Annex on trade in wine and alcoholic beverages, the Protocol on the “Rules of origin” and an Annex on specific origin requirements.
