In May 2017 a notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union with a guidance document on microbiological risk management in primary production of fresh fruit and vegetables.
The information present in this document is intended to support producers in applying correctly and uniformly the hygiene requirements for the production and handling of fresh fruit and vegetables.
