Finland - Body for the evaluation of the safety of GMO products

In December the Finnish Official Journal published a rule which modifies Government Decree 910/2004 on national provisions for the entry into force of Regulation no. 1829/2003 on genetically modified food and feed.
It is specified that the body responsible for the safety assessment of food products is Evira, the Finnish food safety authority.
