Japan - Legislation on the characterization of additives updated

Last November, the Japanese Ministry of Health amended a new regulation to update a law published in 1959 concerning  “Food and Additives”.
Some methods of analysis were changed and 89 new Compositional Standards have been settled (62 related to enzymes and 27 to other components).
