Technical assistance for the notification and / or ministerial authorization

Specialty food products (dietary supplements, health foods, food for celiac patients, etc.) cosmetics and medical devices need ministerial authorizations to be marketed.

 

We support our customers by providing technical and legal assistance to prepare the required documents to be submitted to the Ministry: the notification request and the product marketing approval. We also reply to any additional information requests from the Ministry after all paperwork has been submitted.
